Thank you, and maybe you can tell me why little pumpkins bought at the Indian store are pale yellow, almost white inside, rather than orange, as I expected?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Hi Dolly, the orange coloured big pumpkins, we get loads in the time of Halloween. I tried both in cooking. Pale yellow ones are bit hard in texture, though taste good in cooking:))
LikeLiked by 1 person
Thank you for a quick response! The big orange colored ones are only good for carving, I think, but the little cute ones looked like those big ones, so I tried them in my old recipe, and – yum! I’ll post it.

You can cook them as well. I tried and turned out good. But the pale yellow ones taste better. Post it we would like to see some good dishes on pumpkin:))
