The salty-sweet combination of watermelon and feta is exquisite. If you are all about textures, then you will be all about this salad. Spongy watermelon and feta cheese scented with garam masala – what more could you ask for? The saltiness of the cheese is a perfect complement to the cool sweetness of the watermelon. An extraordinary combination of both savoury and refreshing at the same time. Whether eaten as a snack, starter or a light meal, that salty-sweet combination going on in this recipe will keep you refreshed.

I’ve been browsing online greater than three hours lately, but I by no means found any interesting article like
yours. It’s pretty value enough for me. In my view, if all site owners and bloggers made excellent content
as you probably did, the internet might be much more useful
than ever before.

I just adore the way you present your cooked food. I admire your artistic thoughts to prepare them.
I written a new poem in which I have a line “The Taste of Lovingly cooked Food” you will know when I publish it. I have scheduled it for Monday the 16th of this Month. I would like to insert one or two pictures of yours into that, provided you give me your consent. I shall refer your post and give a link to it. Please let me know.
Have a nice day.

I need to thank YOU …. it just absolutely wowed me and I know I will make it when I can lay my hands on a watermelon (which I love and which I spent many happy hours lying on riverbanks with friends in my teens eating hunks of and spitting the pips as far as we could)

Sumith, you are so right to choose this wonderful combination – watermelon does not taste the same if I was not able to get the cheese from LuLu – the inclusion of this cheese turns the melon into a little gourmet treat. And regarding your plating – I am running out of accolades! Wonderful as always. Thanks.

Have had Feta with tomatoes…lettuce etc. But watermelon seems like a bold choice. Will try this out.
What have you used for garnish on the plate? White with a pink outer lining?

Varsh you will love this balanced flavour. Your taste buds will thank you for having this😅 Those garnishes are figs.
